SALES / MARKET MANAGER
        Works with the Sales Executive to execute the sales strategies as part of the Supreme selling process.
        Promotes and markets company product range of office system furniture and office automation.
        Responsible for developing the Malaysia market by focusing on key accounts and creating viable new business opportunities.
        Responsible for managing the account relationship of both existing and potential client.
        Responsible for sales target, setting pricing and maintaining profitable margins.
        To generate business through establishing relationships with other major influences e.g. Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers and
        other potential clients.
        To update market information regularly on the industry.
        To coordinate projects between departments and site.
        To participate in the growth of the Supreme sales team as required.
        Will monitor competitor activity and update market information regularly on the industry.
        To provide management with input on strategic direction by developing a yearly business plan.
        Requirements:
        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
        Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

PURCHASING OFFICER
        Responsibilities:
        Responsible in procurement function to source and purchase various products.
        Negotiation with vendors to achieve best rate/terms.
        Assist in identification and development of new vendors.
        Responsible for preparation and processing of purchase orders.
        Monitor and co-ordinate with vendors to ensure on time delivery.
        Handle payments of vendor, product costing and administrative works related to procurement function.
        Requirements:
        Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivaient.
        Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in purchasing field.
        Good communicating skills

ADMIN SERIVES TEAM LEADER
        Responsibilities:
        Manage the shared administrative support service
        Prepares and monitor performance reports
        Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exem;lifies the highest standards in fteamwork, personal accountalbility and mutual support to undertake
        other tasks as required by the Manager.
        To fully understand all Service Level Agreements applicable to the account/department and to ensure that they are all monitored and adhered to
        Performance management, training and development, including goal setting and objectives.
        Identify and facilitate training needs to ensure administrative staff develop towards a objectives
        Acting as an escalation point for dealing with urgent enquiries / complaints then multi skilled mode
        investigating, recording and responding to them.
        Act as a key communicator to / from the team enuring that all information is appropriately communicated both throughout the team adn upwards to
        Management.
        Requirements:
        Possess Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
        At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
        Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in supervisory / team leader role
        Working knoledge of SAP will be and added advantage
        Strong experience in using MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
        Excellent spoken adn written skill in English
        Strong in analytical and planning skill
