SALES / MARKET MANAGER
Works with the Sales Executive to execute the sales strategies as part of the Supreme selling process.
Promotes and markets company product range of office system furniture and office automation.
Responsible for developing the Malaysia market by focusing on key accounts and creating viable new business opportunities.
Responsible for managing the account relationship of both existing and potential client.
Responsible for sales target, setting pricing and maintaining profitable margins.
To generate business through establishing relationships with other major influences e.g. Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers and
other potential clients.
To update market information regularly on the industry.
To coordinate projects between departments and site.
To participate in the growth of the Supreme sales team as required.
Will monitor competitor activity and update market information regularly on the industry.
To provide management with input on strategic direction by developing a yearly business plan.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Expert interpersonal skills with coaching and monitoring capabilities.
Self-motivated, self-directed and willing to accept responsibility for results.
Shows a good understanding of issues relevant to our overall organization and business and keeps that knowledge current.
Knowledge of the processes/key concerns common to all businesses.
Sets high goals and standards for self and others in the organization.
Self-starter, committed to excellence : accuracy in work and attention to detail.
Must have a broad exposure and understanding of corporate strategies.
Must be able to work in and environment with limited structured support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
